Bristol Energy has been purchased by one of the UK’s fastest growing, 100% renewable and socially ethical energy companies, Together Energy. Most of our existing staff have been retained and we continue to operate as normal under the Bristol Energy brand.

You may have questions about what this means for you and your account, and want to learn more about Together Energy - we've pulled together some FAQs.

Managing your accountWe aim to make it as easy as possible for you to manage your account with us.

Many of our services are available online. You can register for an online account here.

With your online account you can:

  • Change your login password and personal details
  • View your tariff information
  • Change your tariff
  • View, pay, print and request bills
  • Submit or review meter readings
  • Inform us of important changes e.g. moving house
  • Add yourself to the Priority Services Register (PSR)
  • Our online service for pre-payment customers is currently under development. If you're a prepayment customer we'll let you know as soon as it's possible for you to sign up for an online account.

The Be Connected App

You can also manage your account with our customer app. If you’re not yet using our app, you can download it now from either the App Store or Google Play.
