Our friendly and knowledgeable team will help you choose the best products, tariff and payment method to meet your needs.

Your switch to Bristol Energy will take around four weeks and we’ll keep you fully up to date about what’s happening. You’ll just need to give us your meter readings when it’s near your switch date and we’ll take care of everything else.

We think you’ll be happy with our service, but if you do decide to change your mind for whatever reason, you can cancel your switch to us within 14 calendar days.

Warm Home Discount:

Find out why Bristol Energy are pleased to offer the Warm Home Discount. 

Smart meters:

We do not currently support smart metering functionality for all out customers, but we are running a Smart meter trial. For people with existing Smart meters considering switching to us, we can still supply your meter but you may lose some of the benefits of your Smart meter.

Green Deal:

We do not currently offer Green Deal, so we are unable to take your electricity supply at this stage. We can still take your gas supply

 

*My Local tariff is only available to properties in Distribution Regions 14, 20, 21 and 22. Call us on 0808 281 2222 to find out if you’re eligible. 
**My Bristol Tariff is only available to properties with a BS postcode in Distribution Region 22.
