Third party intermediaries
We want to work with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) that share our ambition and ethos to offer fair and transparent prices to businesses.
With our dedicated Third Party Team based in Bristol, we want to work with TPIs that can support us locally and/ or nationally.
This is an extremely exciting time for Bristol Energy and the TPI Market, and we’d welcome enquiries from those TPIs who comply with one of the recognised TPI Codes of Practice.
We’re currently developing a suite of products and propositions, and will be launching these on a phased basis. Our initial focus is on offering one or two year fully fixed power and gas contracts to Micro Business/ SME customers and also those with a Half Hourly meter who consume up to 3 GWh per site. Entry into the even larger business sectors will follow over the coming months.
Bristol Energy and the Utilities Intermediaries Association
Bristol Energy are now registered as associated supplier members of the Utilities Intermediaries Association. This further cements our commitment to the TPI channel and to ensuring we promote good practice. The UIA is an independent, not-for-profit trade association for Third Party Intermediaries facilitating energy purchasing contracts between suppliers and consumers. It covers around 60 TPIs in the UK from SME to I&C, all of whom meet and continue to meet the Association requirements and also agree and operate to their Code of Practice. The UIA code of practice is bound in to an independent customer redress scheme which can be accessed at http://www.uia.org.uk/full_code_of_practice_booklet.pdf and is displayed under Appendix C2
