Last week we been got into the spirit of the Mental Health Foundation’s Mental Health Awareness Week at Bristol Energy, and found out what we can do to make a positive difference.
Nicola from Bristol Mind came to speak to us about what mental health and wellbeing is, spotting the signs when someone’s in distress, and how to better support a friend, colleague or family member who’s going through a tough time.
Nicola also talked to us about the 5 Ways to Wellbeing, a set of evidence-based actions which promote people’s wellbeing.
