Register for a smart meter: Existing customer

This will be on any communication you have received from us. It starts with a 2 and is nine digits long. For prepayment customers please supply your electricity account number.
Smart meters are currently not suitable for high-rise buildings.
The engineer will need to access these as part of the installation.
Our smart meters do not currently work for people on Economy 7 tariffs.
We are not replacing existing smart meters, but will endeavour to provide you with smart functionality through your existing smart meter.
This will allow us to offer you products more suited to your energy consumption.
An appointment will be arranged with you.
