We’re proud to announce that we have been ranked 6th out of over 70 suppliers in the Citizen’s Advice energy customer service league table, scoring a fantastic 4.05/5.
The consumer watchdog was prompted to conduct the survey at the beginning of the year after receiving record levels of complaints about a number of other suppliers in the market.
Being a publically owned energy supplier, Bristol Energy has always prioritised our customer care, making sure customers have easy access to the information and support they need. From our Bristol based call centre, to our face to face customer service desk at the Bristol Energy Hub on the Harbourside.
