The Bristol Energy Hub has moved

  • We’ve moved our unique face to face customer care Hub from the Harbourside in Bristol to our base at 100 Temple Street in the city.

The new Hub opened today at Bristol City Council’s Citizen Service Point, which will allow us to serve our customers from a more accessible location, while having all our operations running under one roof.

The Hub on the Harbourside will officially close on Friday December 14.

Our Customer Journey Manager Amanda Sampson says: “With our lease at the Harbourside location coming to an end, it was a great opportunity to try a new approach. So, alongside our face to face service at Temple Street, we will be continuing our outreach and pop-up events programme across the city and aiming to work with local communities and organisations more closely.

“The Hub on the Harbourside has been a fabulous home for Bristol Energy, acting as a community hub as well as a face to face customer care point. We’ve been able to help many customers with paying and understanding their bills, and provide information on switching energy supplier.

“We have also hosted an incredible amount of events and activities in the space and loved every moment of them.

“This relocation marks an exciting new chapter for our organisation that supports our direct engagement with locals and allows us to reach even more people in our city.”

The Hub at Temple Street will be open from 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday; from 10am on Wednesday.
