Pay a bill for your home
There are a number of different ways in which you can pay your Bristol Energy account, depending on your agreed payment type.
The easiest way to pay your bill is by Direct Debit. The amount you pay is based on your projected annual energy usage (together with any outstanding balance) and is a fixed amount every month. This will be reviewed regularly and may be increased or decreased depending on how much energy you use. We hope to be able to offer variable Direct Debit soon. You can set up a Direct Debit by calling Customer Care free on 0808 281 2222 between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
You can pay securely by logging in to your online account here.
