Bristol Energy move up to 6th place in Citizen's Advice Rankings

  • Our Customer Care team are off to a flying start in 2019. Bristol Energy is leading the way with its customer service in 2019, placing 6th in today’s Citizen’s Advice energy supplier survey, scoring a brilliant 4.05 out of 5.

The announcement follows an 8th placing in the Which? Customer Satisfaction Survey earlier this year.

At Bristol Energy we’ve always made customers the focus of our business. By giving people a better, fairer and more personable experience, we are changing the industry for good. From our Bristol based call centre, to our face to face customer service desk in the heart of the city, we’re doing things differently to put people first.
